If you are having difficulty with your Zebra/Motorola device, please create a ticket so that we can ensure there isn't a simple solution to the issue at hand. Once the issue has been reviewed, we may ask you to send the device for service. If you need to arrange for a repair on your device, you can fill out the attached form and email it to: EnterpriseMobility.ApacService@MotorolaSolutions.com
Zebra will reply with an RMA number, and you should send the device and RMA form to the service centre listed in the file.
Presuming your maintenance is up-to-date, Zebra will endeavor to turn the device around in 5 working days (excluding travel to/from the repair centre). We can then supply an equivalent loan unit, configured for your environment, until your scanner is repaired.
